Extrusion: Aluminum ingots are hot-melted and extruded to obtain aluminum profiles with different cross-sectional shapes.

Polishing: Apply the chemical or mechanical polishing to overcome defects and deburring to achieve bright surface.

Sandblasting: Use high-speed compressed air to spray sand on the profile surface to improve the mechanical properties.

Anodizing: Put profile into the electrolyte solution to form an aluminum oxide film on the surface to strengthen the hardness, abrasion resistance, adhesion ability, adsorption ability, corrosion resistance and electrical insulation etc.

Fabricating: Mechanical processing including cutting, punching, drilling etc. according to different customers’ requirements

Packaging: EP paper, shrink film, craft paper, wooden pallet as per export packing standard.
